Challenge:

With an NCAA March Madness partnership on the horizon, Verizon wanted a way to prove the importance of their network in a relevant, social, and memorable way.

Bridging the gap between the importance of connectivity and timing, I guided the team to think about how crucial the moments of consequence are here. When clutch plays matter, the network to experience them on matters more to the audience.

The Idea:

Pairing the two in a way that flexed their superiority and the urgency of keeping up with the games, we created a war room to monitor March Madness conversation in real time.

When users would complain about their troubles watching with their network, we’d jump in and provide them with the crucial details of what they missed - thanks to Verizon.
